Who I am
I’m an IT Support Associate II with hands-on experience in cloud operations, systems troubleshooting, and enterprise support environments. My current focus is on building automation and cloud-native solutions through AWS.
I hold AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and Cloud Practitioner certifications and am pursuing SysOps and Developer certifications. I’m also completing a B.S. in Cloud Computing at Western Governors University.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about home automation, AI-assisted projects, and building scalable, secure systems that blend usability with innovation.

Cloud & Systems Operations
Supporting and maintaining enterprise IT systems with a focus on AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, and CloudFront. Experienced in monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving reliability in production environments.
Automation & Scripting (Learning in Progress)
Building foundational skills in Python and Bash to automate everyday IT and cloud workflows. Continuously developing scripting proficiency through hands-on projects and coursework.
Technical Support & Documentation
Delivering end-user and system support while creating clear technical documentation, reports, and workflow guides. Skilled at using AI-assisted tools for troubleshooting and process improvement.
